Beech solid panels

Generalities

– Beech, origin Serbia
– Panels transformed and glued in Slovakia
– FSC®
– Density about 750 kg/m3
– Edged-glued without finger-joints, width of lames 40 mm + or 80 mm +
– Qualities :

  • A/B : beech light steamed, no defects and no heart in principle on 2 faces, excellent matching of colors
  • Eco : in principle no knots on 2 faces, sound red heart allowed
  • B/C : colors no defects, small pin knots accepted on 2 faces
 

Sizes / Length

– Thicknesses (sanded to grit 100 to 150) : 14-20-28-30-33-40-45 mm
– Width : maximum 1250 mm
– Length : maximum 5.00 m
– Possibilities of length cutted on demand

Construction

– Stairs, counterstairs, limons : edged glued only, no finger-joints in length
– handrails, posts : made of 2 or 3 solid pieces glued together (no finger-joints)		 

Collage

– Glues D3 (or D4 on demand)
– Cold gluing

– FSC®
– Density about 750 kg/m3
– Qualities:

  • A/B : in principle 2 faces clear
  • ECO : no knots, sound red heart accepted on 2 faces
  • B/C : small pin knots, red heart and discolorations accepted

– Thicknesses (sanded to grain 100-150) : 18 to 55 mm
– Width : maximum 1250 mm
– Length : maximum 6.00 m

Construction

– Finger-joints on side
– Length of lamellas 200 mm +		 

Collage

– Glue D3 (or D4 on demand]
– HF gluing

– European oak, origin Poland
– FSC®
– Density about 750 kg/m3
– Lamellas width fix, 40 to 50 mm
– Qualities : A/B and B/B

  • A : homogen color, no knots , no sapwood
  • B : pin knots allowed, ligth traces of sapwood allowed
 

Sizes / Length

– Thicknesses : 18-19-27-40 mm
– Width : maximum 1250 mm
– Length : maximum 4.50 m

Construction

– Finger-joints on sides
– Lamellas long. 200 mm +		 

Gluings

– Glue D3 (or D4 on demand)
– HF GLUING
